After placing your order you can check your order status here.

UPS shipping provides tracking number which will be emailed to the email address you provide in your order. Tracking information will be emailed by UPS as soon as it enter the UPS shipping system.

US Postal Service provides tracking for Priority, Global Priority, Express, and Global Express shipping. Your tracking number will be mailed to you as soon as Samson Cables has packaged your order. We highly encourage you to select Priority (or better) services for you order if you are outside the US, which provide tracking. Air mail, letter post, and other methods do not provide tracking, and with some countries our experience has not been the best.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

If there are any holdups with your order you will be contacted.

Credit Card: Use our SECURE on-line ordering system. This site uses 128 bit SSL encryption on any sensitive pages.

If you are unable to place your order using our online shopping cart system you can order by email, fax or mail.

Email your order: orders@samsoncables.com. However, never send credit card information through email.

PayPal: Use the web site catalog to create your order and determine the amount. Pay through your PayPal to make the payment to orders@samsoncables.com.

Returns/Exchanges: Items damaged in shipping may be returned for an exchange if notification to Samson Cables is made within 10 days of delivery. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable on all orders. Please contact us before all returns or exchanges.

Clearance Items: Stock is limited to supply on hand. All sales are final on clearance items. No returns.

Privacy Policy: Samson Cables values your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to process your order. You will not receive additional mailings from us and we will not sell or give your information to any other company.
